MVSB Helps Build Starter Homes in Wolfebor0

Picture
Meredith Village Savings Bank has made a generous pledge to purchase $50,000 of our CDFA tax credits to support our Harriman Hill Homes development in Wolfeboro. Harriman Hill Homes will be a development of 20 affordable starter homes for families who make between 75% and 120% of median income (roughly $52,000 to $83,000 for a family of four).
The proceeds of our tax credit sales, coupled with grant funding, will help offset the cost of the road, water, and sewer infrastructure for the development so that we can keep the home prices affordable for our target market. Thank you to MVSB for helping us build desperately needed starter homes in the Lakes Region!
$150,000 in NH Business Tax Credits Still Available!
  1. Does your business struggle to recruit qualified candidates for open positions?
  2. Is lack of suitable and affordable housing an issue for your current or potential employees?
  3. Do you want to see young families thrive in the Lakes Region?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, please consider purchasing some of our NH business tax credits to help build Harriman Hill Homes, a development of 20 affordable starter homes in Wolfeboro, NH. Click here for more information, or contact Carmen Lorentz at (603) 524-0747 ext 110 or CLorentz@LRcommunitydevelopers.org.

Summer Community Building Activities

Our 2018 resident survey indicated that LRCD residents wanted more community building events at their properties to help them get to know their neighbors better. This summer, our UNH intern, Ally Crowley, helped organize a fantastic series of resident events, including BBQs, ice cream socials, and the creation of a four-square court with young resident leaders at our Pinecrest Apartments in Meredith.
